Your new role

* Manage a personal debt portfolio, ensuring collections are conducted promptly and efficiently.
* Pursue outstanding debts and arrange payment schedules.
* Respond to customer enquiries and issues.
* Precisely update the system with any alterations.
* Liaise with internal departments to offer assistance.
* Cultivate robust relationships with both clients and colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous credit control/collection experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.
* Comfortable approaching clients via phone and email.
* Ability to work well within a team.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
