Job Information

Our client who is a Lloyds Broker is looking for a Senior Claims Executive to join their expanding Claims department in the London, City office. The purpose of the role is to assist the International Property Claims team due to an increased workload.



Main Duties:

* Handle claims from cradle to grave
* Act as key point of contact between clients and insurers
* Deal with complex claims effectively
* Work closely with clients daily
* Create comprehensive claims documentations and deal with claims and settlements
* Present claims to Underwriters while dealing with any queries that arise
* Maintain any ongoing delegated authority contracts appropriately and cost effectively
* Act as a point of referral for junior staff



Essential Skills Required:

* Previous experience within a Claims role
* Strong understanding of Insurance
* Knowledge of handling Property Claims
* Excellent knowledge of the claims handling process
* Strong IT skills



Desirable:

* Good organisation skills
* Experience handling International Property claims



What you need to know:

* Permanent role
* Based in London - hybrid 2 days in the office
* Salary between £45,000 - £55,000
