Venrec are pleased to be recruiting a General Assistant/ Forklift Yard Person on behalf of our client based in Maidstone.

The role entails:

- Supporting the trade counter with the delivery of excellent customer service
- Ensuring that all depot transactions inbound/ outbound are completed efficiently and accurately
- Loading/ unloading of vehicles
- Completing and prioritising all admin related tasks
- Taking stock counts, ensuring that stock take information is accurate

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- Holding a nationally accredited forklift licence is essential
- A background in warehouse & customer service would be advantageous
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Having a flexible attitude with the ability and willingness to undertake various duties when required

More details:

- £12.00 per hour + Holiday pay (once full time the salary is £25,000 PA)
- The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 (deduction of a 30-minute break per day)
- Overtime is optional
- This is a 13-week temp to perm role with our client and offers an immediate start for the right candidate.
