An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Ashford, Tenterden and Whitfield Agency.

This is a part time role for approximately three days per week, on a fixed term contract for three months, with the possibility of extension.

The Life Lead Co-ordinator supports the delivery of the Agency’s strategy through positively contributing to the growth and development of leads for our financial services products.

- Proactive contact with existing and prospective customers which is targeted, compliant and provides excellent customer service and leads to the generation of financial service leads in line with set targets.
- Liaise with the Financial Advisor [FA] and Senior Partner to generate leads from the Agency teams in line with agreed targets.
- Support the training and development of the team to enable cross-selling of financial services [FS] products – training new joiners, working with colleagues across the Agency to improve lead generation, contributing to team meetings and supporting the engagement of the team with financial services as a whole.
- Work effectively with the FA and telesales team to co-ordinate and deliver FS sales campaigns.
- Support the FA by booking appointments and regularly review progress of financial services sales by reviewing, feeding back and identifying areas for focus and improvement, planning and actioning as agreed with FA and Senior Partner.
- Positively support the development of effective working relationships between the Agency teams and the FA to ensure objectives are met for the Agency and customers.
- Drive support and influence life lead activities with the Agency including monitoring, reporting on and managing performance against lead targets to ensure the effective delivery of objectives.
- Consistently provide excellent levels of customer service in all interactions with potential and existing customers, delivering on promises, meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.

The person we are looking for must have:


- Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in a financial services environment
- Experience in a targeted and driven sales/sales generating role.
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good IT skills especially Microsoft Office (and ideally Microsoft Dynamics) and the ability to effectively use NFU Mutual systems
- Good maths and problem solving skills
- Able to manage own workload and able to work effectively under pressure
- Great team working and ability to build effective relationships through positive behaviours, honesty and integrity.
- Focus on continuous improvement, able to use own initiative
- Own transport & full UK driving licence
- Demonstrate commitment to quality and compliance with procedures/regulations using due care, skill and diligence
- Desire to be the best, openness to personal development, learning new skills
