They are currently recruiting for 3 Customer Service professionals to join their growing teams in 3 different specialist areas. These roles would suit someone from a Customer Service based role where the customer is at the heart of everything you do.
Job Summaries:
Neighbourhood Officer - Housing and Estates
You will manage the homes and estates, ensuring compliance with legislation, tenancy obligations, and council policies. Your responsibilities will include conducting estate inspections, managing tenancy breaches, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents
Neighbourhood Officer - Anti-Social Behaviour:
You will be the first point of contact for managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) within our communities. This role involves investigating reports of ASB, maintaining detailed case records, preparing documentation for legal interventions, and supporting witnesses. You will work closely with other agencies to achieve positive outcomes and ensure community safety
Tenant Engagement Officer:
You will lead the development and implementation of tenant engagement strategies. Your role includes organising tenant events, promoting tenant representation, ensuring effective communication, and driving increased engagement through innovative methods, including digital technology. You will work with internal and external partners to enhance tenant participation in housing service.
Person Specification:
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
* Ability to work with diverse groups and manage conflicts.
* Knowledge of housing management, tenant engagement, and ASB legislation.
* Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
* Experience in partnership working and community engagement.
* Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
