Hays Recruitment are currently recruiting a Stock Controller for our client based in Crawley. This is a great opportunity to join a Growing and Dynamic company on a permanent basis.

Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per annum + Performance Reward Scheme

Hours of Work: 08.45 to 17:15 Monday to Friday Duties Include:

* Effectively maintain appropriate stock levels. Understanding the different priorities each product has.
* Regularly meet with the Supply Chain Manager to discuss the current situation and potential changes to improve our position.
* Have the ability to communicate with sales teams to understand potential issues and create action plans to solve them.
* Liaise with suppliers to develop and maintain professional relationships, ensuring our expectations are met.
* Communicate with Sales, Marketing and Technical departments to keep them informed of any relevant information.

The candidate will be expected to:

* Contribute to creating a motivated, well-organised & well-presented environment to work in.
* Encourage change and improvement.
* Keep colleagues informed of the company's progress, plans, developments, etc.
* Have a strong personality and great communication skills.
* Have great attention to detail alongside problem-solving.
