Our client who is a large Lloyds Broker is looking for an IBA Technician to join their expanding IBA team in the London office. The purpose of the role is to focus on the Client IBA accounts, providing support through the whole IBA function.



Main Duties:

* Ensures cash matching tasks are completed in a timely manner
* Reviews and processes IBA payment requests
* Processing of relevant entries onto Group company IBA systems
* Reconciles accounts with markets and clients
* Performing credit control duties including rendering statements to clients
* Resolves accounts queries promptly and efficiently
* Develop strong relationships with Business Units

Essential Skills Required:

* Previous experience within a similar IBA role
* Excellent knowledge of all IBA functions - ESSENTIAL
* Strong understanding of processes and procedures within the Insurance market
* Good IT skills
* Ability to manipulate and understand financial data



Desirable:

* Experience within Reinsurance and Treaty
* Good organisation skills



What you need to know:

* Permanent role
* Based in London - hybrid 3 days in office/ 2 WFH
* Salary between £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
